HON COMFORTER COMMISSIONS PROJECTS AHEAD MARCH 11 ELECTIONS

Enroute the March 11th Gubernatorial and State Assembly Elections in Oyo State, The PDP Candidate to represent Ibadan North Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, HON. DR. OLUFUNKE COMFORTER ADENIYI-OLAJIDE, met with Community leaders and the Landlords' Association of Akingbola Area which is sited in Ward 5 of Ibadan North Local Government. Prior to this meeting, the Candidate had embarked on Grassroot Mobilization to vote for PDP on all fronts and she has contributed immensely to the development of her Constituency despite the fact that she's not yet in power.



The meeting point was at the popular Baba Ogundele's House in the environment which was held on Saturday 4th March 2023 in order to see to the Commissioning and Handling Over of A Re-Drilled Borehole at Osunkaye Area, in front of Ogundele's House, Off Akingbola Street, Bodija, Ibadan, to the community. The borehole, which was constructed and appreciated many years ago by Hon. Dada Awoleye had been vandalized by some miscreants and it could no longer serve its initial purpose, which is to see that the inhabitants of Akingbola have access to potable water. Hon. COMFORTER redrilled it and rebuilt it to an ultramodern type for easy accessibility to the people in the area.





The monumental event was witnessed by the Leaders of People's Democratic Party (PDP); Are-Agba-Akin Engr Daniel Olutunji Ajuwon, The Chairman of Ibadan North Central Campaign Electoral Projects Department, Pastor Olanrewaju Oderajo, The Chairman, Ibadan North PDP Central Campaign Council, HON. DADA ABIODUN AWOLEYE, The Director General COMFORTER'S CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE who is also the VICE-CHAIRMAN Ibadan North PDP, ALH. COMRADE S. A MUSTAPHA, The Ibadan North PDP Women Leader, HON. JULIAN NWACHUKWU, The Secretary, Ibadan North PDP, HON. ADEWUMI ADEAGBO, Comforter's Apex, Ward EXCOS and party faithful. The aforementioned leaders reiterate that Hon. Comforter, who is a beautiful shade of Governor Seyi MAKINDE will ensure, if elected, that the people of Ibadan North Constituency 1 enjoy the dividends of Democracy as GSM spreads his own good Governance all over Oyo State.




The Community Leaders appreciate the massive gesture and promise to ensure that everyone will be watchful in guarding the borehole so that what happened then would not happen again and that they will utilize it for many many years to come. They also promise to vote enmasse for PDP in the forthcoming Election for Hon. Comforter and Governor Seyi MAKINDE so that good Governance will continue.
