The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, describing him as a dedicated youth in Governance. 

In a goodwill message released to mark the birthday celebration, Hon. Bibire expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for the life of Hon. Olufade, noting that his journey in public service has been defined by commitment, humility, and a genuine passion for community development.

He praised the Ibadan North council boss for his people-oriented leadership style, which has continued to bring governance closer to the grassroots while promoting peace, unity, and progress across the local government area.

“Today is a special day to thank God for the gift of your life and for the grace He has bestowed upon you to serve humanity with diligence and sincerity. 

Your contributions to the development of Ibadan North Local Government and your unwavering loyalty to the vision of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, are commendable and worthy of celebration,” Hon. Bibire stated.

Hon. Bibire further prayed for God’s continuous guidance upon the celebrant, wishing him sound health, renewed strength, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in all his endeavours.

He expressed confidence that Hon. Olufade’s leadership journey would continue to record impactful milestones for the benefit of the people.

“As you celebrate another year today, may God bless you with long life, excellent health, and greater opportunities to impact lives positively.

 May your days ahead be filled with joy, success, and fulfillment,” he added.

He concluded by wishing Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade a joyful birthday celebration and many more prosperous years of service to Oyo State and humanity at large.

The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
