Gov. Makinde's Aide, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu Celebrates Ibadan North Council Chairman, Hon. Seun Olufade, on His Birthday

The Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Oyo State on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Arike Nwachukwu, has joined the political class, party faithful, and well-wishers across Ibadan North Local Government to celebrate the birthday of the Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade Onala (Olowoori “Mrs O.”).

Hon. Julian Nwachukwu, who also serves as the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Ex-Officio I in Ibadan North Local Government, described the celebrant as a dependable, people-oriented, and visionary leader whose administration has continued to redefine grassroots governance in the local government.

In her goodwill message, Hon. Julian praised Hon. Olufade’s leadership style, noting that his calm disposition, inclusiveness, and commitment to service have earned him respect within and beyond the council. She further described him as a disciplined and loyal protégé of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, FNSE, whose leadership philosophy is clearly reflected in his approach to governance.

According to her, the tenure of Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade as Council Chairman has not only placed Ibadan North Local Government on the map for positive reasons, but has also strengthened the bond between the government and the people at the grassroots.

Hon. Julian Nwachukwu particularly highlighted the renewed sense of belonging among PDP members in the local government, noting that under Hon. Olufade’s leadership, party members are actively engaged and carried along in governance, fostering unity, loyalty, and shared responsibility.

She commended the Council Chairman for upholding the ideals of the PDP and for ensuring that governance remains people-centered, transparent, and inclusive, in line with the vision of the Makinde-led administration.


As she concluded her message, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and strength for Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, wishing him many more years of impactful leadership, good health, and greater achievements in service to Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State at large.
