Ibadan Popular Socialite, Oba Olalekan Bello “Unstoppable” Felicitates Childhood Friend, Hon. SOJ on His Birthday

A prominent Ibadan socialite and cultural enthusiast, Oba Olalekan Bello, popularly known as “Unstoppable,” has joined family members, friends and well-wishers to celebrate the birthday of Hon. Olusoji Olusegun Alade, fondly referred to as Hon. SOJ.

Oba Olalekan Bello, who shares a long-standing personal bond with the celebrant, described Hon. SOJ as more than a friend, noting that their relationship dates back to childhood. According to him, the journey they have shared over the years has been filled with valuable lessons, growth, and numerous positive life experiences that have shaped them both.

The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
