Oyetola and the APC had challenged the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, which affirmed Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party as the elected governor of Osun State. In 2022, the Independent National Electoral Commission returned Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of the election. Today, Tuesday 9th of May, 2023. The court is expected to seat by 2:00pm.
