Governor Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke, The Executive Governor of Osun State




The Supreme Court has re-affirmed Adeleke as Governor of Osun State throwing away all evidence adduced against him by the former Governor Oyetola.




Oyetola and the APC had challenged the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, which affirmed Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party as the elected governor of Osun State.



In 2022, the Independent National Electoral Commission returned Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of the election.





The Supreme Court on Monday scheduled the date and time to lay to rest the legal tussle over the governorship seat of Osun State after parties in the appeal adopted their written address and oral submissions in the matter
