OLÙTÙNÚ DÉ: HIGHLIGHTING HON. DR. OLUFUNKE COMFORTER'S SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, ON HER BIRTHDAY.

Today is the 14th of February, 2023. This is such a great day to celebrate a woman with a humanitarian spirit, love for her people, who is ready to serve. She is just a candidate who isn't in office yet, but her impact in the lives of the people including young and old is a testament to the fact that she will give us a good representation.



Just like Florence Nightingale, she goes against all odds to serve her people, just like Emmeline Pankhurst, she is bringing gender equality to the table to show that there's no discrimination whosoever or wherever you come from. Just like Katherine Hepburn, she is changing the outlook of the feminine world and like Mother Teresa, her care and passion for her people especially the less privileged is highly commendable.




Listed below her some of the projects she has done:





Renovation of Wells at Ward 2 for the community to have clean water, Renovation and Erection of School (C&S New Eden Primary school 1&2 Akingbola, Bodija) fence at Ward 5 so as to boost education, Re-drilling of Borehole at Osunkaye area, in front of Ogundele house, off Akingbola street, Bodija, Ward 5 for the community to enjoy clean water, Renovation of Borehole with solar panel at Ward 4, Methodist N5 Basics School, NTA, Agodi, Free health insurance scheme, Gift donation of a cooking pot that serves as alternative to Gas cooker, Vocational training for some youths including Graphics design, Animation, Photography and Public speaking.





Some youths were empowered with little funds to boost their businesses under Olufunke Comforters Foundation while some were trained on employability skills and some secured Job opportunities via some partners.



No doubt Hon (Dr) Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi Olajide is God's sent to us in Ibadan North Constituency 1 to truly portray to us the true meaning of service to the people.
