BREAKING: INEC FIXES DATE TO CONDUCT SUPPLEMENTARY ELECTIONS

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has chosen the 15th of April 2023 for the completion of all pending Gubernatorial, National, and State Assembly Supplementary Elections.




This was made known by the Chief Press Secretary, Rotimi Oyekanmi, who confirmed this on behalf of the INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmoud Yakub on Monday, 27th of March, 2023




Oyekanmi said, “Arising from its meeting held today, the Independent National Electoral Commission has decided that all outstanding governorship, National and State Assembly supplementary elections will take place on Saturday 15th April 2023.
