HON. FERANMI ONIWINDE EXTENDS HANDS OF BENEVOLENCE TO HER CONSTITUENTS, VOWS TO EMULATE GSM'S PEOPLE-ORIENTED'S REPRESENTATION/GOVERNANCE

The Ward 3 Councillor, Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Ayoade Feranmi ONIWINDE has in her extended hands of benevolence to the good people of Ward 3, Ibadan North Local Government. This event came to fore during the Ward Meeting which is being held fortnightly since the readjustment of the PDP Calendar in the Local Government.

Hon. Feranmi who is the former Chief Whip of the Ibadan North Legislative Arm has been giving back to her Constituency since the inception of her tenure in May 2021, touching the lives of the electorates who voted her in as the Honourable Councillor of the Ward hereby bringing the dividends of democracy to all and Sundry within the Constituency. Of course, this is a gesture which endears her to the Leaders, Stakeholders, Party faithfuls and citizens of the Ward which of course has earned her the PDP Candidature to run for a Second Term in Office.

In retrospect, this time round, she was able to empower several constituents which include Men, Women and People Living with Disabilities. In her remarks, she said "I find myself privileged to represent my people at this level and I do not take it for granted. Just as His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi MAKINDE has the good people of Oyo State at heart, These little acts of benevolence is just one of the ways we give back to the society that entrusted us with the leadership roles wherein we find ourselves.

"I made a promise that I will not disappoint them and I keep this oath close to my chest everyday. God willing, we shall do more to ensure the dividends of democracy reach all and Sundry within our Constituency and beyond. It's indeed a great honour for me and I'm glad I could impact lives in the little way I can", she concluded.
