Hon. Olusoji Olusegun ALADE SOJ has penned an appreciation note to friends, family, associates and Well-Wishers who took time out to celebrate him on the occasion of his birthday yesterday 7th of January, 2023. He wrote:

"I am not a man of many words but I was even more dumbfounded by the show of overwhelming and flabbergasting gestures shown to me by all and Sundry; ranging from prayers, to gifts, to wishes, to blessings, calls, messages, via Social Media status and stories, via print media and the blogs; which of course were too numerous for me to relish in.

"Gratitude to the Almighty God for sparing my life. I say 'Thank You' to my Dad and my wonderful siblings. To my wife and children, thanks for completing me yet again, I am grateful for the gift of You. 

"To His Excellency, Barr. Bayo LAWAL (The Deputy Governor of Oyo State) and his wife whom of course is my own mummy, Chief Mrs. Ajibola LAWAL, I say "E Seun Daddy àti Mummy" which I also say to my Leaders Hon. Adeyinka ADENIYI BIBIRE, Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan AKORO (Chairman, Shooting Stars), Great Leader Ashipa, and Mama Kasumu. "My appreciation goes to the Old Students' Associations of the Secondary Schools I went to, LOYOLA COLLEGE & ATANDA INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. The Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes and my Club, ỌMỌ AJ'OROSUN wished me well and prayed for me too.

"My final appreciation goes to my late Mum who God use to begat me to this world. May you soul keep resting in peace ma.
