The Newly Appointed PDP Campaign Coordinator for Ibadan North Federal Constituency, as recently ratified by the Leadership of the People's Democratic Party in Oyo State, Rt. Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan AKORO has expressed his appreciation to the Party Leadership on his appointment. 

He also pinpointed his readiness to work with the party Candidates, Leaders, Stakeholders and Members in ensuring that the PDP Candidates, ranking from the Chairmanship Candidate, Hon. Oluwaseun OLUFADE and the Wards' Councillorship Candidates within the Constituency be victorious at their respective elections.

In an interview he granted to BishopWeeMedia , he said:

"With every sense of duty, humility and gratitude, I write to appreciate the leadership of our beloved Party, The People's Democratic Party PDP, Oyo State, from His Excellency, Governor Seyi MAKINDE to the Party EXCOS in the State, in finding me worthy of the new assignment meted unto me. It is a task which is committed into the hands of committed Party Men and I'm humbled to be counted worthy thus.

"Yes, I humbly accept this new role as the PDP Ibadan North Federal Constituency's Campaign Coordinator for the forth coming Local Government Chairmanship and Councillorship Elections.

"It is a task that requires THE COLLECTIVE Efforts of the Excos, Leaders, Stakeholders, Youths Women and the entire Party Faithful within and without the Constituency as our fathers do say that "Àgbájo Owó, la fi n sòyà" hence I humbly call on the good people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency to join hands with me in having a successful Campaign and as result, deliver ALL the PDP Candidates to victory, starting with the Incoming Chairman to all the Councillors. May God help us to be successful in the task ahead.
