OYO GOVERNOR MAKINDE'S AIDE, JULIAN NWACHUKWU WARNS YOUTH ABOUT UNVERIFIED EMPOWERMENT SCHEMES BY SCAMMERS.

The Special Assistant to Governor Seyi MAKINDE on Matters Concerning Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Àríké NWACHUKWU has called on fellow Oyo State citizens not to fall for any unverified links concerning a Youth Empowerment scheme being peddled across various WhatsApp Groups by some disgruntled scammers who try to get innocent people's details via phishing links. 

She laid emphasis that any empowerment programme under the Oyo State Government shall be announced via the appropriate website(s) approved by the Oyo State Government.

Her message read below:

"This is to inform the general public that I do not know anything about the link about Youth Empowerment being spread across various WhatsApp groups.

"Opportunities and Empowerment programs under Oyo State Government will be announced and can be accessed only on Oyo State Government approved website.

"Please do not fall for the activities of scammers and thieves.

"Good Morning.

"Happy New Week."
