The Women Leader of the People's Democratic Party in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu has joined well wishers to celebrate the birthday of The Supervisory Councillor on Women Affairs to Hon. Seun OLUFADE, Ibadan North Local Government Chairman, HON. MODINAT TITILOPE AKINBOLA.

In a Statement she made available to BishopWeeMedia, she described the Celebrant as someone who is steadfast, dutiful and hardworking. Her message read below:
