Birthday: Hon. Olusoji Alade SOJ Pens Heartfelt Message to Felicitate Ally, Mr. Adigun Ajetola

A stalwart of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North Local Government, Oyo State, Hon. Olusoji Olusegun Alade, affectionately known as Hon. SOJ, has penned a short yet heartfelt message to celebrate the birthday of his long-time ally and dependable friend, Mr. Adigun Ajetola.

The celebrant, Mr. Adigun, a Senior Staff of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, is not only a loyal associate but also a strong member of the FRIENDS OF SOJ MOVEMENT, where he is widely regarded as a pillar of support and a steadfast believer in Hon. SOJ’s political vision.

In his warm message, Hon. SOJ, who doubles as the Champion of Ibadan Culture 2025 and the Social Secretary of Ọmọ Aj’orosun Social Club, described Mr. Adigun as a man of rare loyalty and dependable character.


He wrote:

“Happy birthday, Adigun. You’re one of a kind, and you deserve every good thing that this special day brings. I’m using this opportunity to wish my dear friend and tireless supporter a wonderful birthday. You’ve been that go-to person, a dependable ally, and a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Have a great year ahead!”

Hon. SOJ concluded his note by reaffirming his admiration for Mr. Adigun’s unalloyed support, commitment, and unwavering loyalty over the years, virtues he said are rare in today’s political space.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a driver, allegedly passing through a one-way street, was pursued by police officers. The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
