The Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Polytechnics (SSANIP), The Polytechnic, Ibadan Chapter, on behalf of its Executive Committee and the entire membership, heartily congratulates the Rector, Dr. Taiwo Abideen Lasisi, and the newly confirmed Principal Officers of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, on their well-deserved confirmation as substantive members of the institution's management by the Oyo State Government.



The Association particularly celebrates the confirmation of Dr. Taiwo Abideen Lasisi as Rector, Dr. Olajide Taiwo Sherifat as Registrar, and Mr. Adegbola Abiodun Kolawole as Bursar, alongside other deserving members of the institution's management team. Their appointments are a clear testament to the confidence reposed in their competence, integrity, and exceptional records of service.




This landmark development is not only a recognition of excellence but also a testament to the exemplary leadership, dedication, competence, and unwavering commitment demonstrated by the management team while serving in their acting capacities. Their remarkable performance, prudent administration, and unwavering focus on the growth, stability, and continued advancement of the institution have justified the confidence placed in them.

The confirmation of Dr. Lasisi, Dr. Sherifat, Mr. Kolawole, and the other Principal Officers is a fitting reward for hard work, integrity, professionalism, and visionary leadership. Under their stewardship, The Polytechnic, Ibadan has continued to witness significant progress, strengthened institutional stability, improved administrative efficiency, and sustained academic excellence. Their achievements have inspired confidence among staff, students, alumni, and other stakeholders, making this confirmation both timely and richly deserved.

We also express our profound appreciation to the Oyo State Government for recognizing merit, experience, and proven capacity in appointing a substantive management team that will continue to advance the vision and mission of our great institution.

As you assume these responsibilities in your substantive capacities, we pray that Almighty God grants you greater wisdom, sound health, strength, and divine guidance to lead The Polytechnic, Ibadan to even greater heights. We are confident that your tenure will usher in greater innovation, harmonious industrial relations, academic excellence, infrastructural development, financial prudence, and sustainable institutional growth.
