A PDP Chieftain in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Olusoji Olusegun ALADE fondly known as SOJ joined several political associates and friends to celebrate the Ibadan North PDP Women Leader, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu on her birthday.

In a short message he posted to felicitate the former S.A to Governor Seyi MAKINDE, Hon. SOJ wrote in part: "I join family, friends and associates to celebrate a great and selfless woman, the indefatigable Hon. Julian Arike Nwachukwu. YOU are an important part of our Great party and a huge indispensable Chieftain of Ibadan North Local Government. I celebrate you today and every other day dear Women Leader.

"Happy Happy Birthday to you, I bid you many happy returns of this date in good health and happiness. Amen. Have a blessed Year." He concluded.

Just In: (Pictorial) Tragedy Strikes Ibadan || Police Stray Bullet Claims Life of 17-Year-Old Student Published by Samuel Toba-Olumide   Ibadan, Oyo State - A somber mood has engulfed the Alakia-Welfare-Airport Ibadan community following a tragic incident on Airport Road, Alakia, where a 17-year-old student lost his life in a hail of bullets fired by police officers. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a driver, allegedly passing through a one-way street, was pursued by police officers. In the ensuing chase, the officers opened fire, and a stray bullet struck another vehicle carrying the teenager, who was on his way to school to sit for a WAEC exam. The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
