A Peoples'Democratic Party Chieftain from Ibadan North Local Government area of Oyo State, Hon. Olusoji ALADE SOJ has described Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi MAKINDE FNSE as a man who yearns for excellence and achieves it as the latter Celebrates his 56th birthday.

In a short message he made available, Hon. SOJ, who will be sworn in officially as the Social Secretary of the Exclusively Prestigious Social Club, ỌMỌ AJ'OROSUN wrote, and we publish in part:
