In a congratulatory message, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire, extended his warm felicitations to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, on being conferred with the prestigious Governor of the Year award by Leadership Newspaper.
