The Prince Akinremi Jagaban Hall, Samonda, Ibadan, was abuzz with joy and celebration on Thursday, April 24, 2025, as Hon. Akeem Adewale Ayoade, the Vice Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government and Political Head of Are-Latosa LCDA, hosted the naming ceremony of his newborn baby.

The event was graced by an impressive array of dignitaries, including the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade Onala; the Oyo State Deputy Chief of Staff, Hon. Fola Oyekunle DON; and the Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu, among others.

In his appreciation post, Hon. Akeem Ayoade expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all who attended the ceremony, saying, "I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to see so many distinguished guests and well-wishers at the naming ceremony of my newborn baby. Your presence is a testament to your love and support for me and my family."

The PDP Party Contingents from Ibadan North Local Government, led by Alh. Comrade Mustapha Ademuyiwa, Hon. Adewunmi Adeagbo, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu and Hon. Adedeji Oladipo were also present at the event. Hon. Ayoade appreciated their presence, stating, "I thank my family in the PDP for their love and support. Your presence means a lot to me and my family. I also extend my gratitude to the State Honourables from my Local Government, Hon. Dr. Olufunke Comforter Olajide and Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel and the Commissioner for Women Affairs & Social Inclusion, Hon. Toyin Balogun for their support and arms of love."

The Leader of the Ibadan North House of Legislature, Hon. Taiwo Adebola led the Councillors of Ibadan North Local Government to the event while the Supervisory Councillors, and Special Assistants of Ibadan North Local Government were also in attendance. Hon. Ayoade expressed his gratitude to them, saying, "I appreciate the leadership and members of the Ibadan North House of Legislature, Councillors, Supervisory Councillors, and Special Assistants for their presence. Your support is invaluable to me."

Political Leaders from Ward 2, Ibadan North Local Government were also present. An Ibadan North Federal Constituency PDP Aspirant, Hon. Matthew Alani also graced the occasion.

The brother of the late Prince Akinremi Jagaban and his political group were also present at the event. Hon. Ayoade thanked them for their presence, stating, "I appreciate the family of the late Prince Akinremi Jagaban for their love and support. Your presence is a testament to our enduring bond."
