The Women Leader of the People's Democratic Party in Ibadan North Local Government who is also the Special Assistant to His Excellency, the Oyo State Governor, Hon. Julian Àríké Nwachukwu has written a beautiful tribute to celebrate the birthday of a former Leader of the Ibadan North Local Government House of Legislature, Hon. Kazeem Onatunji Eku.
