Birthday: Aare-Latosa LCDA Political Head, Hon. Akeem Ayoade felicitates Oyo ALGON Chairman, Hon. Sanda Sikiru

Today, 10th of June is the birthday of a remarkable leader, Hon. Sikiru Sanda, the Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Chairman of Oyo State ALGON. Hon. Akewm Adewale Ayoade, Vice Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government and Political Head of Aare-Latosa LCDA, extends warm felicitations to him on his special day.

"Hon. Sikiru Sanda is a good boss and a leader who can be relied upon," Hon. Ayoade said. "He is inclusive, carries everybody along, and is a good man who has endeared himself to the good people of Egbeda Local Government."

Hon. Ayoade praised the ALGON Chairman's leadership qualities, saying, "He has shown remarkable dedication to his duties and has been a source of inspiration to many."

"I pray that God grants Hon. Sikiru Sanda many more years in good health and prosperity," Hon. Ayoade added. "May he continue to lead with wisdom and integrity."

Hon. Ayoade concluded by wishing Hon. Sikiru Sanda happiness and fulfillment on his special day. "May God bless him and grant him all his heart's desires."

Just In: (Pictorial) Tragedy Strikes Ibadan || Police Stray Bullet Claims Life of 17-Year-Old Student Published by Samuel Toba-Olumide   Ibadan, Oyo State - A somber mood has engulfed the Alakia-Welfare-Airport Ibadan community following a tragic incident on Airport Road, Alakia, where a 17-year-old student lost his life in a hail of bullets fired by police officers. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a driver, allegedly passing through a one-way street, was pursued by police officers. The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
