Ibadan North Council Boss, Olufade Celebrates Hon. Sheriff Adeojo On His Birthday

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, as he marks another year on earth.

In his birthday message, released through his Head of Media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Hon. Olufade praised the Parakoyi of Ido Land for his unwavering commitment to grassroots development and people-centered leadership in Ido Local Government.

“Today, I join your family, friends, and the entire people of Ido to celebrate a man whose style of leadership is driven by compassion and meaningful impact,” Olufade stated.

He prayed for more grace, strength, and divine wisdom for the celebrant, wishing him continued success in both his personal life and public service journey.

“As you mark another glorious year, I pray that the Almighty continues to bless you with good health, wisdom, and peace. Your legacy of service will continue to shine and inspire many across the state,” he added.

Just In: (Pictorial) Tragedy Strikes Ibadan || Police Stray Bullet Claims Life of 17-Year-Old Student Published by Samuel Toba-Olumide   Ibadan, Oyo State - A somber mood has engulfed the Alakia-Welfare-Airport Ibadan community following a tragic incident on Airport Road, Alakia, where a 17-year-old student lost his life in a hail of bullets fired by police officers. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a driver, allegedly passing through a one-way street, was pursued by police officers. In the ensuing chase, the officers opened fire, and a stray bullet struck another vehicle carrying the teenager, who was on his way to school to sit for a WAEC exam. The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
