Gov Makinde's Aide, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu Congratulates Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Olaniran on Emergence as Oyo State PDP Women Leader

The Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Arike Nwachukwu, has congratulated her colleague, Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Olaniran, on her emergence as the new Women Leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Oyo State, at the just-concluded Elective Congress held on Monday, 29th September, 2025.

Hon. Nwachukwu, herself a former two-term Women Leader of the PDP in Ibadan North Local Government, described Hon. Olaniran’s victory as well-deserved, historic, and a testament to her capacity, loyalty, and dedication to the growth of the PDP.

She noted that Hon. Olaniran, who hails from Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Oríire Federal Constituency, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, grassroots mobilization skills, and a deep commitment to the empowerment of women in politics.

“Her emergence as Oyo State PDP Women Leader is not just a personal victory, but a collective triumph for women in our party and across the state. Her commitment to women in politics is inspiring, and I have no doubt she will serve with excellence,” Hon. Nwachukwu stated.

While praying for strength and wisdom for Hon. Olaniran as she assumes this new responsibility, Hon. Nwachukwu expressed optimism that her leadership will further strengthen the role of women within the PDP and contribute meaningfully to the party’s continuous advancement in Oyo State.
