The Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Arike Nwachukwu, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to one of Ibadan’s most respected political elders and frontline PDP leader, Oloye Ismaila Osuolale Ashipa-Sango, fondly known across the political landscape as Bàbá Ashipa.

In a goodwill message personally signed by her, Hon. Julian described Bàbá Ashipa as a towering figure in Ibadan North politics, a man whose courage, clarity of purpose, and mastery of grassroots dynamics continue to set him apart as one of the most influential political personalities in the local government.
