The Special Assistant to the Governor of Oyo State on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Julian Arike Nwachukwu, has joined family members, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating the birthday of Hamdy Mustapha Adekola, the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Oluwaseun Olufade.

In a congratulatory message released to commemorate the occasion, Hon. Nwachukwu described Hon. Mustapha as an exceptional personality whose kindness, dedication, and commitment to service continue to inspire many within and beyond the local government.

According to her:

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a driver, allegedly passing through a one-way street, was pursued by police officers. The foremost monarch, who ascended the throne in July 2024, died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025, after spending a year on the throne.  The demise of Oba Olakulehin, born July 5, 1935, is coming barely two days after celebrating his 90th birthday.  Oba Olakulehin received the staff of office from Oyo State Governor Engr.
