The Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on matters concerning Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Arike Nwachukwu, has penned a glowing tribute to felicitate the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. Toyin Balogun, on the occasion of her birthday.

In her heartfelt message, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu described Hon. Toyin Balogun Àbèké Ade as an exceptional woman whose life and service continue to leave a lasting impact on individuals and communities across Oyo State. She praised Hon. Toyin Balogun as a shining example of good character, purposeful leadership, and a trailblazer whose selflessness, kindness, and generosity inspire many to strive for excellence.

According to Hon. Julian Nwachukwu, Hon. Toyin Balogun’s compassionate and people-oriented leadership has endeared her to many, as she continues to touch lives and build a legacy that will inspire generations to come. She noted that Ward 5 in Ibadan North Local Government, the local government at large, and Oyo State remain proud and blessed to have Hon. Toyin Balogun as a dedicated public servant and a beacon of hope.

Hon. Julian Nwachukwu further commended the unwavering loyalty and commitment of Hon. Toyin Balogun to the vision of Governor Seyi Makinde, describing it as admirable and worthy of emulation. Toyin Balogun have positively transformed lives and strengthened social inclusion in Oyo State.
