As Muslims across Nigeria and the world mark the joyous occasion of Eid-El-Fitri 1447, the Chief of Staff to the Ibadan North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Hamdy Mustapha Adekola, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah, particularly the good people of Ibadan North Local Government.

In his goodwill message, Hon. Hamdy emphasized the spiritual significance of Ramadan and the importance of sustaining its virtues beyond the holy month.

"I warmly felicitate with the entire Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-El-Fitri. It is my prayer that all acts of worship, sacrifices, and supplications offered during the holy month are accepted by Almighty Allah as acts of Ibadah,” he stated.

He specifically acknowledged the resilience and devotion of Muslims in Ibadan North, noting that their commitment to faith and community continues to inspire hope for a better society.

Hon. Hamdy Mustapha also used the opportunity to commend the visionary leadership of Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, whose administration he described as people-centered and impactful across all sectors of the state.

"Under the dynamic leadership of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, Oyo State has continued to witness remarkable progress. His dedication to good governance and the welfare of the people remains commendable,” he added.

The Chief of Staff further lauded the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Oluwaseun Olufade (popularly known as ONALA), for his grassroots-driven leadership and commitment to development at the local level.

"Our Chairman, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has demonstrated exemplary leadership, bringing governance closer to the people. His passion for development and inclusivity is evident in the positive changes being witnessed across Ibadan North,” Hon. Hamdy remarked.

While calling for unity, peace, and continued cooperation among residents, Hon. Adekola urged citizens to uphold the lessons of Ramadan, including love, sacrifice, and compassion for one another.

"As we celebrate, let us not forget the essence of Ramadan, to live in peace, show kindness, and support one another. Together, we can build a more prosperous and harmonious Ibadan North,” he said.

He concluded with prayers for continued blessings, expressing optimism for the future of the local government and its people.

"I pray that we shall all witness many more celebrations like this in good health and in the land of the living. May Allah continue to guide and protect us all.”

The message reflects not only the spirit of the season but also a reaffirmation of commitment to service, unity, and progress within Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State at large.
