A Stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and aspirant for Ibadan North Constituency II, Hon. Yisah Mohammed Bright, has extended warm congratulations to the party’s candidates in Ibadan North Local Government for the 2027 General Elections, describing their emergence as a victory for unity, continuity, and purposeful leadership.

In a statement released to the public, Hon. Bright congratulated Hon. Folajinmi Oyekunle, Hon. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide, and Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel on their emergence as the PDP flag bearers, noting that their selection reflects the confidence reposed in them by party leaders, stakeholders, and the people.

He described the trio as experienced, tested, and trusted leaders who have consistently demonstrated commitment to service, grassroots development, and the ideals of the PDP.

“Your emergence is well-deserved and a clear testament to your track records, dedication, and the impact you have made in the lives of our people. You have all distinguished yourselves in your respective capacities, and this new mandate is a call to even greater service,” he stated.

Hon. Bright further emphasized that the alignment of the three candidates signals a new phase of strengthened unity within the party in Ibadan North, expressing optimism that their collective strength would translate into overwhelming victory at the polls.

“With Hon. DoN at the federal level, Hon. Comforter representing Ibadan North Constituency I, and Hon. Babajide for Ibadan North Constituency II, our party has presented a formidable team that embodies experience, capacity, and continuity. This is a winning combination for our dear constituency,” he added.

The aspirant, in a show of party loyalty and sportsmanship, pledged his unwavering support for the PDP and its candidates, assuring that he would commit all his resources and political strength toward ensuring their success in the 2027 elections.

“As a loyal party man and committed stakeholder, I hereby pledge my total support for our great party and its candidates. I am ready to work with all party leaders, members, and supporters to ensure that the PDP records a resounding victory in Ibadan North come 2027,” Hon. Bright affirmed.

He also reiterated his belief in the leadership direction of the party in Oyo State, noting that the people-oriented governance style of Seyi Makinde has laid a solid foundation that must be sustained across all levels of representation.

Hon. Bright concluded by wishing the candidates success at the polls and praying for a peaceful and victorious electoral process.

“I congratulate you all once again and wish you resounding success in the forthcoming elections. By the grace of God, victory shall be ours, and together, we will continue to move Ibadan North and Oyo State forward,” he concluded.
