Speaking during the declaration, TAREK reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to selfless service, inclusive leadership, and quality representation. He noted that his decision to join the race is driven by a genuine passion to serve the people of Ward 5 and to attract meaningful development to every part of the ward.

According to him, "This is a call to serve my people with sincerity, transparency, and dedication. Together, we will build a Ward 5 where every voice matters, opportunities are created, and development reaches every community."

TAREK assured party leaders, stakeholders, youths, women, and the entire electorate that his administration, if elected, would prioritize the welfare of the people, strengthen grassroots participation, empower young people and women, and promote projects that will improve education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic opportunities.

With the campaign slogan, "Tarek De, Irorun De; Tarek De, Iyipada De," he emphasized that his aspiration represents a new era of hope, progress, and positive transformation for Ward 5.
