Birthday: Gov. Makinde's Aide, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu felicitates Oyo APM Campaign DG on Women Mobilization, Hon. RAD

As Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo, popularly known as Hon. RAD, marks her birthday on August 31, encomiums have continued to pour in for the quintessential public servant, grassroots mobiliser and energetic political strategist whose contributions to governance and political mobilisation continue to attract commendation.

Joining the stream of goodwill messages is the Special Assistant to the Gov. Seyi Makinde on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Julian Àríké Nwachukwu, who felicitated Hon. RAD on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a woman of exceptional strength, energy, meticulousness and articulate leadership.

Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo currently serves as the Senior Special Assistant to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, a position in which she has continued to demonstrate commitment, diligence and an impressive understanding of grassroots administration and community relations.

Her experience and political pedigree have also recently earned her another significant responsibility as the Oyo State APM Director of Women Mobilization, saddled with the task of coordinating and galvanising women across the state for the campaigns of the APM Presidential Candidate, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and the APM Oyo State Gubernatorial Candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, ahead of the 2027 elections.

For Hon. Julian Nwachukwu, the appointment is a fitting recognition of RAD's capacity and her deep-rooted understanding of grassroots politics.

According to her, "Hon. RAD is a very strong and energetic woman. She is meticulous, articulate and exceptionally committed to whatever responsibility she undertakes. Her record in public service speaks for itself, and her understanding of grassroots politics makes her particularly suited for the responsibility of women mobilisation."

She further described Hon. RAD as a woman who understands her onions when it comes to political organisation and mobilisation, particularly the enormous role women play in shaping the political direction of communities and the state.

"A woman who understands the grassroots understands the people; and a woman who understands the people can build a movement that transcends political seasons."

Nwachukwu, who is also a member of the Oyo State Women Campaign Committee, expressed confidence that the new APM Women Mobilisation Director would bring her wealth of experience, energy and organisational capacity to bear on the assignment.

She noted that with RAD at the helm of women mobilisation, the APM womenfolk in Oyo State have gained a formidable organiser who understands the terrain and knows how to connect with women at the grassroots.

Beyond politics, Hon. Julian Nwachukwu acknowledged the birthday celebrant's contributions to the current administration, describing her as a public servant who has demonstrated that service is more about impact than the title attached to one's office.

"True leadership is not about occupying a position; it is about making a difference in the lives of the people you have been entrusted to serve."

As Hon. RAD celebrates another year, Nwachukwu prayed for God's continued guidance, good health, wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments for the celebrant.

She also wished her many more years of impactful service to humanity and prayed that her new age would usher in greater opportunities, fulfilment and remarkable achievements.

The birthday celebration therefore comes not only as an occasion to celebrate Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo as an individual, but also as an opportunity to acknowledge a woman whose energy, political experience and commitment to service continue to make her a force to reckon with.
