Egbeda 2026: ÌBÒ LÓJÚ EGBEDA, Ibraheem Sulayman, Congratulates Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo “Simple” on APM Chairmanship Ticket

A prominent political figure in Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Ibraheem Sulayman Olaosebikan, popularly known as ÌBÒ LÓJÚ EGBEDA, has congratulated Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo “Simple” on his emergence as the Chairmanship Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for Egbeda Local Government.

Olaosebikan, who is the Convener of Team ÌBÒ Nation (TIN) and a former aspirant under the Accord platform, recently joined the APM, where he has continued to identify with the party and its activities in Egbeda and Oyo State.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Ibraheem Sulayman described Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple’s emergence as an important development, noting that the chairmanship candidate has demonstrated qualities and experience capable of contributing meaningfully to the affairs of Egbeda Local Government.

He expressed confidence in the ability of the APM candidate to provide purposeful representation and leadership, while urging him to remain committed to the interests and welfare of residents across the various communities that make up Egbeda.

According to him, leadership at the grassroots requires accessibility, humility, inclusiveness and a genuine understanding of the needs of the people.

Hon. Ibraheem Sulayman, while congratulating Hon. Oladebo Simple, emphasized that political positions should be viewed primarily as opportunities to serve the people.

He urged the candidate to maintain an open-door approach and continue to engage with stakeholders, community leaders, youths, women and other relevant groups in Egbeda Local Government.

The T.I.N Convener also commended members and stakeholders of the APM for the confidence reposed in Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple, describing the emergence as an opportunity for the party to consolidate its presence and grassroots engagement in Egbeda.

Hon. IBO further called for unity among party members and supporters, stressing the importance of peaceful and constructive political engagement as the local government moves towards the 2026 electoral process.

Speaking on his own political journey, the former Accord aspirant reaffirmed his commitment to the development of Egbeda and the wellbeing of its people.

He noted that his movement, Team ÌBÒ Nation (TIN), remains focused on promoting meaningful participation, responsible leadership and issues that directly affect the people at the grassroots.

He therefore congratulated Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple once again and wished him wisdom, strength and success as he takes on the responsibility of representing the APM in the Egbeda chairmanship contest.
